Overview of Division/Department

Our Credit Administration, a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, in general provides documentation and registration support for the Front Office in terms of setting up and maintenance of credit lines and customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
  • Process credit facility registration
  • Process customer master data registration
  • Process e-product services registration
  • Process Current Account/ Time Deposit opening
  • Process Board Resolutions/ POA/ Indemnity letters
  • Prepare/ Check reports
  • Perform any duties as assigned from time to time


  • Job Requirements
    What you should have:
    • A Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year experience in credit administration and/ or loan operations
    • Ability to multi-task, meticulous and with good command of written/ spoken English
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
    • Knowledge in MS Access and other programming skills will be advantageous
