Change Manager Business Readiness & Adoption required to join a new team with proven skills in change management, specifically around change impact analysis, business change readiness and change adoption planning, with experience of working across change management portfolios to partner with Business Change / IT / and senior stakeholders on change impact, change adoption risks is required by world leading Lloyds of London Broker who are going through and ambitious change programme across TOM/target operating model and digital transformation and Lloyds market digitisation. This role will be hybrid and based in the City of London two days per week. Critical skills required as a Change Manager Business Readiness & Adoption would include the majority of Experience in change management, ideally from the London insurance market / Lloyds Market or commercial insurance Skilled change manager, effectively establishing shared objectives, aligning plans and people, dealing effectively with potentially contentious situations using appropriate balance between action and consensus Experience in change definition, change planning and execution management Experience in Change impact analysis, change readiness and change adoption planning Ability to gather and digest unstructured inputs, extract relevant information, analyse effectively, and produce coherent and well-communicated approaches, plans, status etc Proven track record of creating the conditions for the successful embedding of change into the business to realise the benefits associated with change projects Understanding of Project Delivery lifecycle and evidence of end-to-end delivery, from Inception to BAU handover Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable and credible at senior level. Active listener with high levels of integrity & openness Able to balance immediate risk and issue resolution with more strategic problem solving to align delivery to transformation priorities Comfortable with technology concepts and solutions Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies Facilitation skills (e.g. meetings, workshops etc.) The Change Manager - Business Readiness & Adoption Manager will be responsible for acceptance and adoption of change activities relating to a sub-set of the portfolio of change, typically about strategic programs (such as digitisation & TOM developments, market integration initiatives, new team/business integrations etc.) as well as smaller change management initiatives. This will require developing an in-depth understanding of the related projects, assessing business impacts relating to the changes, and developing practical readiness and adoption plans to deliver sustainable change outcomes.
