Customer Care Coordinator - £28,000 - £30,000 - Fleet - Permanent Introduction Wheatstone Solutions are working with a high-end House Builder seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team whom are passionate about delivering excellent service to customers post-purchase of their home. This position would suit someone with experience, looking to take their next step and eventually progress with a highly regarded company in the industry. The Role: - Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale. - Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed. - Provide support and advice to sub-contractors. - Ordering material and ensuring they are allocated and available for works that have been booked in. - Follow up with customers feedback and make courtesy calls to ensure customers' satisfaction. - Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently. - Take ownership of the homes covered and customer you work with, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.
