Ski Operator require a Customer Operations Team Leader for their customer service and operations team in London. 26.5K OTE 29K.

Customer Operations Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment, training, management and driving the Customer Operations team
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer pre-departure enquiries, amendments and cancellations (by whichever means they are received) are managed with accuracy and speed in line with targets and timelines agreed with you line manager
  • Manage pre-departure information
  • Responsible for pre-departure customer service issues
  • Run balance due reports
  • Responsible for scheduled ticketing systems and costs delivering operational efficiencies and facilitating growth in sales in line with business objectives
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Monitor flight availability, seat to bed ratios, working to decide if/when to purchase additional flights
  • Responsible for checking supplier invoices
  • Incident response

Customer Operations Team Leader requirements:

  • Experience working in tour operations, ideally ski
  • Passion for Skiing
  • From an operational/administrative department
  • Some leadership experience

Customer Operations Team Leader Additional Information:

  • Salary 26.5K plus bonus
  • 3 -4 ski trips per year
  • Sociable office
