Customer Service Advisor £18,000 - £20,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading Payroll Solutions company who really values its staff and has a great working culture and office environment.They are looking for their next Customer Service team member to work at their fabulous Head Office in the heart of Chester city centre.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30 - NO WEEKENDS!
This a busy and varied role which involves:
o Answering inbound callso Producing and sending tax documents & payslipso Inputting & importing expenseso Dealing with pay querieso Making outbound calls to complete compliance questionnaires & customer service surveyso Restarting dormant records and making them active ready for payrollo General Customer Service enquirieso Retaining current contractor base
The ideal candidate will have the following key skills:
• Excellent administrative skills• Excellent communication skills - phone & email communication• Ability to handle & respond queries in an efficient & timely manner• IT skills - use various computer systems including Microsoft Office packages• Can work to a tight deadline• Works well within a team
