Location: CastlefordThe chance to work as a HR Administrator for a long standing and successful company and be part of a supportive and friendly team.This is a brand-new role to the company and no previous HR experience is required as full training will be provided. The company has a HR consultant, but the main responsibility will be to keep the time and attendance up to date and keep track of staff absences using the "Bradford factor" along with keeping personnel files up to date and organised.The company are offering 16 hours a week working Mon-Thurs but you can pick what hours you work across the 4 days. Salary is pro rata £20,000 and the hourly rate works out £10.98 an hour. Holidays are 20 days +8 stats as its part time. The company are offering the potential to learn payroll and possibly other aspects of accounts as you will be sat as part of the finance team. So, someone who is open to learning and has a "can do" attitude is essential for the role. ROLE:Take full responsibility of staff absences using the Bradford Factor and keep track of the information. Keep Tensor system and personnel files up to date and organised.Communicate with external HR consultant where required.Work closely with Finance Team and in particular Payroll.Communicate with staff and managers when required.
