The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a client based in central Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast paced, proactive team with strong attention to detail and with a resilient and confident manner. Key duties will include: - New starters, Change Forms, Leavers and Position creation for all system users - Administration connected with casual workers and benefits - Ensures the relevance and accuracy of all personnel records both hard copy and electronic - Creates and amends documentation relating to administrative procedures considering changes to processes, procedures and system configuration - Deals with any ad hoc enquiries coming into the department - Undertakes any other duties as may reasonably be required - Provide references on request for staff and ex-staff such as for Visa applications, mortgage applications and confirmations of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume and process led role. - Strong experience in HR and ability to handle HR related queries. - Strong ability to process administrative tasks and processes. - Knowledge and understanding of GDPR practices. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week, 9-5.30pm.
