We are currently seeking an Implementation Coordinator. This is a fully remote/work from home position.

Role and Responsibilities The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing the transition of new business into Southern Scripts effectively, accurately and timely. This individual ensures consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams, and continually interacting with customers and consultants. The Client Services Implementation Coordinator is ultimately accountable for not only delivering a successful project but creating the foundation of the business relationship and successfully executing the delivery of additional revenue to Southern Scripts. In addition, this individual is responsible to ensure project deliverables are consistent with client service agreements, appropriate service levels are achieved, project timelines and deliverables meet client requirements, issues are identified and resolved timely, and client satisfaction is achieved throughout the implementation process. The Implementation Coordinator also:
  • Develops and builds client business relationships by delivering a positive on-boarding experience, including clear rules of engagement, orientation to Southern Scripts processes and services, communication of client commitments and expectations to internal partners, and successful transition from implementation to maintenance of business
  • Adheres to strict procedural and quality standards including thorough and accurate documentation, testing protocols, claims analysis and thorough understanding of client technical and service specifications
  • Utilizes project management skills to track milestones and deliverables, timely recognition/notification of risk indicators and provide regular status updates to Leadership internally/externally
  • Leads and/or manages the implementation process, including timely and accurate documentation/sign off of the Implementation Plan Setup Document and other related documents, communication of client commitments and expectations to internal partners, interpreting and providing context for client requests, ensuring appropriate review and customer sign-off, leading site visits and conference calls, and related responsibilities to ensure flawless implementations
  • Facilitates conflict management and resolution if necessary, this would be inclusive of internal and external partners
  • Builds and maintains client relationships by ensuring appropriate levels of service and operational support during the implementation process, including establishing clear rules of engagement and roles and responsibilities for implementation success
  • Manages the project in compliance with the client service agreement eliminating any risks to Southern Scripts for non-adherence including managing the client and consultant to stay within the executed contract
  • Partners with multiple business units and teams to ensure the accuracy of claims adjudication set ups and ongoing client needs
  • Utilizes planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to ensure timely deliverables, high levels of quality, and efficient use of resources to achieve claims adjudication accuracy
  • Manages an assigned book of business with a focus on client trend management, strategic plan development and execution, cultivating multi-level client relationships
  • Accountable for understanding the primary business objectives of the client, developing and managing shared goals, and demonstrating program value to the client
  • Actively supports members of the core client team, and members of the extended team, in successfully meeting client needs and delivering flawless fundamentals during the transition from implementation to maintenance of business
  • Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
  • Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

Required Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills
  • Intermediate or great proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
  • Full-time/Salaried/Exempt.
  • Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.
Travel This position could require travel of up to 5% - 10% of the time. Also, attendance maybe required at various local training sessions and/or meetings.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent four (4) years external client facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment
  • 2 years implementation/account management experience (preferably in PBM environment or managed healthcare services organization
  • Experience with client or provider relations
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Pharmacy Technician license or national certification is preferred
