About the Role: Moneybarn is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to help support the continued, significant growth over the last 10 years. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be managing the delivery of specific infrastructure project workstreams to help modernise our technology stack within our business. The focus will be to manage the projects throughout the phases of the life cycle, ensuring that these projects meet the business objectives and requirements of our senor stakeholders. The Infrastructure Project Manager will help drive our delivery capability, working on a variety of projects including Cloud and Data Centre Migration, deployment, rollouts, virtualisation and many more. It is a great time to be joining our business we are growing at speed, and as such we are investing heavily in our infrastructure environment. This is a role where you can work from home, with occasional travel to our Petersfield office. You can also come to our offices more regularly if you would prefer! Key Responsibilities: Working closely with our wider IT teams, you will be responsible for managing all IT related infrastructure projects. Extensive experience of working on infrastructure projects, with a focus towards delivering Data centre, Virtualisation, Storage and Network projects, Breadth and knowledge across the infrastructure technology stack to enable planning of the IT elements of the project and obtaining IT approvals Produce clear and detailed Project Definition, Planning, tracking, communication and reporting Identify communicate and where possible mitigate risks to the IT deliverables and resolution of issues and problems Producing reports for review by the project board Ensuring that the scope of the IT deliverables is not creeping up unnoticed Liaising with the business analyst and head of IT to ensure there is adequate resources for the project Agreeing the roles of individual IT project team members Oversight of tasks of the IT project team to ensure deliverables are produced on time, to appropriate quality and within budget Ensuring the appropriate level of testing is conducted Managing exceptions, slippage and conflicting priorities Ensuring that everything is documented correctly and understood Adhere to the FCA Conduct rules Skills and Experience: Extensive project management experience Proven track record of successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects, within quality, time and cost including projects such as: Data centre, Virtualisation, Storage and Network projects, Experience working in a rapidly growing company, managing change and expectations from a systems perspective Must be able to multi task and prioritise as the role requires the managing of multiple projects Why choose a career with us?
