3 Months Contract This role is initially office-based in Slough Job Description: The Interim SEND Admin Officer will work with a partner officer to primarily to manage the SEND Service s Front Door . This involved dealing with phone calls and emails coming into the service s central inbox / phone. There will be a short period of handover with a current officer who is about to take a step up in their SEND career. Knowledge/Skills/Experience: This role is a good opportunity for somebody with the motivation and qualities to get into the world of Education, Health and Care Planning. Willingness and drive to learn from peers and supervisors. Good self-organisation and prioritisation of work under guidance of more experienced peers and supervisors. Ability to deal appropriately with people when they are feeling high degrees of anxiety and distress and help to find suitable pathways forward in relation to their concerns
