Right now, we are searching for a talented and passionate Service Desk Analyst to join our exceptionally skilled team and support the on-going growth of one of our central departments in Littlemore, Oxford (OX3). Based on site, next door to excellent public transport links, this role will be supporting their internal client base virtually to resolve 1st line IT support requests.Your new roleYou will have the autonomy to support a diverse user base, providing technical support and administration to a range of modern IT systems. You will be managing the support requests from various departments via the phone. You will be responsible for planning and organising your day and prioritising calls and work plans to ensure the urgent requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be self-managed and be responsible for support clients virtually, fixing varying IT issues both small and complex.What you'll need to succeedYour customer services background in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success. You will have an interest in IT and an appetite of continually improving your technical knowledge.
