24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with PointClickCare is preferred.
Candidates must have a Washington license in hand at the time of application.
This role will require floating to multiple units

They will be expected to float to the Med Surg and PCU units the majority of the shifts as well as orient to the ED (to assist, not be assigned patients).
Patient types: General Medical, surgical, covid, angiogram, stents, pacemakers, CHF, PNA, ETOH Withdrawal, MSU patients, heavy ortho, oncology, low acuity tele, OBGYN surgical patients
Units to Float to: -ICU/PCU - Will take a patient assignment -Women Services, OBGYN (Rarely) - Assignment will be surgical patients -Medical Surgical - Will take a patient assignment -Emergency Department (Occasionally) - They will need to be able to take patient assignment. If they do not have the ED skill set will be the 3rd or 4th RN. They will not triage.
If they have an ED skill set, they need to be the 2nd core staff.
Mandatory skills: Experience with listed patient types, ability to read/interpret strips, flexibility
Other: They will report to the supervisor's office and receive an assignment each scheduled shift. They can be floated anytime during shift to meet the needs of the hospital/PT census. They would be the staff member to float.
BLS and ACLS requires AHA.
