100% Remote Child Psychologist Join the team and find yourself at the forefront of our expansion strategy.We are building new pediatric behavioral health businesses so we can deliver care to families across a broad variety of conditions and circumstances.As a Child Psychologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children who may have slight or severe mental, emotional or social disorders. You will thus enable such children and their families to be happy and successful in their day-to-day lives, and reach their developmental milestones. You may work with children suffering from a wide range of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Developmental Delay.You will work in conjunction with the childs pediatrician in order to perform various diagnostic tests to ensure each child is able to receive the care they need. You will also partner with Clinical leadership to perfect our clinical approach and create the best experience for each family.What Youll DoLearn and apply evidence-based diagnostic assessments and techniquesConduct psychological assessments and/or diagnostic tests such as the ADOS-2, GARS-3, Vineland, etc.Develop an individualized treatment plan for each child based on comprehensive assessmentEducate family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviorsProvide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policiesCollaborate with Sprouts Clinical leadership to improve our clinical approach and processes in order to create the best experience for each familyWhat Youll NeedExperience conducting diagnostic evaluations for Autism or other behavioral health conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, and DepressionMust have a a Ph.D. or. Psy.D. in clinical or child psychologyWilling to work remotely and travel locally to meet with patients in a home or clinic settingCandidates at post-doctoral level may be preferredExperience working with children in a clinical setting is strongly desiredExcellent communication skills - capable of reaching children of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as determined by relevant regulatory bodies and the law.Spanish Bilingual is a plusIn addition to our clinicians and supporting departments, our company is built around four cross functional teams (spanning operations, product, marketing, business development, etc.):Demand - Deliver top notch products and services to our growing number of families. Youll work with families to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to start of care to offboarding.Supply - Own and manage the relationship with our clinical practitioners. You are responsible for the growth of our clinician ecosystem by attracting, recruiting, and retaining high quality autism care providers. Platform - Build tools and provide services to optimize and improve the delivery of clinical care. Youll help match the right provider with the right family, coordinate clinical care, and develop digital therapeutics products.Quality - Improve the quality of care delivered to our families.
