Self Employed Generalist Telephone Adviser/Information Specialist
Location: Remote or office based in Gloucestershire - your choice
Profile: Self employed or permanent position with a regular working pattern and opportunity to join growing company
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: Part Time 18 hours - 37.5 hours
6 or 7.5 hour shifts available between Monday & Friday 08.00am - 8.00pm and Saturday 0900 -1300pm
Qualifications & Experience:
- Citizens' Advice / NACAB training plus two years post qualification experience or equivalent. Graduate with 2.1 legal degree or higher may be considered
- Experience of delivering information services in a professional setting
- Experience of debt advice work is highly desirable.
