We are a friendly, supportive, and successful Healthcare Recruitment Agency currently based in Halesowen, West Midlands. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant Team Leader required to help expand our West and South Midlands areas.

We are a fresh and innovative recruitment Agency; a small and successful Healthcare provider - supplying both permanent and contract staff to an established Health Care client base throughout Birmingham, Hereford & Worcestershire areas.
The Company has seen rapid growth to date and is now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant Team Leader who will assist the Directors with the long-term development of this reputable Healthcare Provider business. Our success so far is due to exceptional customer service and ability to attract quality candidates - we are incredibly proud of both client and candidate retention.
Essentially, we are seeking someone with strong client and candidate relationship experience, who echoes our core values, with a strong desire to lead, and is passionate about business development.
May be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader, or maybe a Recruitment Manager frustrated with the lack of progression available within your current recruitment agency and keen for that next step up on the ladder?
Will preferably have a Healthcare background (DESIREABLE but not essential for the right candidate)
Is a driver with access to your own vehicle and ideally live within half an hour radius of Halesowen, West Midlands
Will work full-time and be self-motivated to initially work within a hybrid role
Will embrace the first-class training and ongoing coaching you will receive to assist you in developing your career
Is driven and hungry for success and will maximise the uncapped commission offered, and strive for progression
Is enthusiastic about growing with us and will have vision, bring ideas to the table and remain LOYAL in this exciting time of huge development

This is a hands-on role where we need you to hit the ground running from day 1!
You will have established positions to recruit for, and leads to develop, right from the beginning!
Maintain and develop existing client relationships
Continually look to create new client relationships
Resource for candidates (initially)
Plan and schedule interviews for candidates
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in line with Service Level Agreements and our ethos - you may be required to visit clients
Recruit for your own team of permanent staff members as necessary, and any additional staff, as and when needed, to complement our existing team
Work to deliver regular marketing and social media activities
Become knowledgeable within the marketplace and learn all aspects of the business with cross selling being essential and always utilising upselling opportunities
Willing to work occasional weekend rota for on-call duties (1 in 3 currently)
You need the desire to lead, manage and direct a small, friendly team who will head the Permanent recruitment side of the business.
Once established, you will support the directors with day-to-day activities and strategic decisions within the company, as well as taking ownership in the Directors absence.
