Service Administrator Overview Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd are working with the UK s largest solar installation and maintenance company who are seeking a Project Administrator to join the team, covering a key role in helping to ensure to smooth running of Solar PV installation projects throughout the UK. The role will be predominantly office based where you will support the project managers in ensuring the smooth completion of domestic solar installs. The company have 200+ engineers carrying out installations day in day out, your duties will include: liaising with engineers and customers to schedule installations, order parts and materials to be delivered to sites, following up with clients to issue invoices and gain feedback, inbound and outbound calls, dealing with complaints and queries and more. As a Service Coordinator / Service Administrator you will hold excellent administrative and communication skills, experience in a similar role/ company where you have been organising engineers diaries and liaising with customers is essential, experience within a solar company would be highly advantageous but not essential. Service Administrator Requirements Strong Administrative & Communication Skills Previous experience in a similar role Experience dealing with Engineers & Customers Excellent Customer Service skills Based within a commutable distance of Burton-on-Trent Service Administrator Remuneration Salary £19,000 - £25,000 Quarterly Bonuses Private Healthcare 20 Days + BH (Increasing a day per annum) Company Pension
