Site Contracts Manager My client are the most established UK Bathroom Pod manufacturer, producing 10,000 modular bathroom units per year across all sectors of the construction industry. Reporting to the Technical Services Director, the primary role of the Site Contracts Manager is to be responsible for: Key Responsibilities include: As a Site Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating contract obligations that effect the Site Team. This role is in connection with the manufacture and supply of bathroom pods to building projects, where multiple projects are managed, each required to be delivered on time and budget. You will be required to have a full understanding of the contract requirement and all site implications, budgets and responsibilities. This will involve bringing together plans, estimates, resources, timescales and programmes in order to ensure the smooth and successful completion of each project on time, on budget and to the required standard. They will also be required to contribute to the planning of the workforce alongside the site managers. Sometimes, they will be called on to brief departments or teams, individual contractors, or suppliers when it comes to placing orders for site materials and/or resources. Any extra work must be done within set timescales and all information pertaining to invoicing must be generated in a timely manner, supplied to meet monthly and end of project account runs. They will also help to resolve any disputes that may arise and will assist site managers and help identify areas where improvements can be made to the existing processes. Working alongside other construction professionals. In addition, the Site Contracts Manager will assist with retention collection, noting the dates and terms upon which retention can be collected and working closely with the finance department so that all retentions are paid at the earliest possibility under the contract with the main contractor. Desirable skills, knowledge & Experience: • An excellent understanding of the construction industry • Previous experience within Offsite manufacturing to the construction industry • Site Contract Resource management, with good business and commercial acumen. • Maths and IT knowledge • Strong leadership skills with good initiative and problem solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills Essential requirements: • Minimum of 3 years experience in the role and Multi-Site Management • CSCS Manager Card • SMSTS • Good understanding of P&L accounts, budget analysis and management reporting. • Ability to produce, implement, review, and manage H&S Risk Assessments and Method Statements
